Mark D Souza , Chartered Accountant, is the Founding Partner of Mark D Souza & Co LLP, with over 35 years of rich experience in finance, auditing, taxation, and accounting. As a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he has been instrumental in providing strategic advisory services to corporate, charitable, and religious organizations.

He specializes in Business consulting, Systems & operational audits, MIS, Design and development of Accounting systems Corporate Training and Succession planning including drafting of Indian and Global wills.

A seasoned professional, speaker, and teacher, Mark D Souza blends his vast professional experience with practical insights and case studies, empowering organizational leaders to navigate complex challenges. His commitment to education is reflected in his three decades of teaching Financial Management, where he has profoundly influenced the next generation of leaders in the business and non-profit sectors.

In addition to his expertise in finance, Mark D Souza has served in several key roles, including as a Senate Member, Finance Committee Member, and Advisory Member for various business and non-profit organizations. His professional contributions extend to serving as a member of the Taxation Committee of the Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) and as a member of the Career Counselling Committee of ICAI, New Delhi.

With over 5,000 hours of training in financial planning, accounting, taxation, banking, FCRA, succession planning, and communication, as well as 30,000 hours of business consulting experience, Mark D Souza offers a wealth of practical knowledge to his clients and students.
